Reservations Policy
1. Reservations
By making a reservation, you declare full knowledge and unreserved acceptance of the hotel’s accommodation, reservation, payment and cancellation policies.
The prices are in euros, per studio or apartment and per night, including breakfast, in the cases where this is indicated, and require a stay of at least three (3) nights.
For each additional person over 12 years of age, the fee amounts to 15 – 25 Euros depending on the type of accommodation.
All published prices include VAT. 13% and all legal taxes, except the accommodation tax which amounts to 0.50 Euros per night and is billed separately by law, and may change without notice.
Offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other offers. In any case, you must inform us at the time of your reservation.
2. Advance and Payments
To fully confirm your reservation, you must pre-pay 30% of the total value of your stay, with the minimum deposit amount being the cost of one (1) night’s stay.
Payments are accepted by cash, bank transfer, Paypal and credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express. You must inform the hotel upon your arrival if you wish to be invoiced for your stay.
The deposit of the advance payment must be made within a period of two (2) working days from the publication of the hotel’s bank account to the interested customer (with the hotel sending a relevant e-mail message that includes all the necessary payment details), otherwise the pre-booking will be canceled without further notice and the room will be released.
The hotel has the right upon receipt of an incoming reservation to pre-authorize the credit card and reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the credit card details are invalid.
A copy of the deposit receipt (deposit) must be sent to the hotel (via e-mail or fax) immediately and in any case no later than 3 days before your arrival.
For non-refundable reservations, the entire amount of the reservation is charged at the same time as the reservation is confirmed, while modifications and cancellations are not allowed.
Upon your arrival, the full amount of your stay is paid. Any additional charges incurred during your stay are payable upon departure.
3. Reservation Changes and Cancellations
The management of the hotel asks the customers to inform in time by written communication about any changes or cancellations concerning their reservation as soon as possible.
In case of cancellation, our policy is as follows:
- In case of cancellation of the reservation more than 21 days before the scheduled arrival, there is no financial charge and the hotel will refund any advance payment.
- For booking cancellations less than 21 days before the scheduled arrival, the customer is charged 30% of the total stay based on their booking.
- In cases of cancellation upon arrival, during the stay, or for no show at the hotel, the customer is charged 100% of the stay based on his reservation.
- In exceptional cases, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation or to change, substitute or withdraw any service, facility or provision without notice, if necessary. In this case, the hotel is obliged to refund the entire amount you have paid for your reservation, while it will make every effort to ensure you stay in another accommodation of at least the same category, in the same city, that offers similar amenities and services .
For non-refundable reservations, the entire amount of the reservation is charged at the same time as the reservation is confirmed, while modifications and cancellations are not allowed.
Payment is made either by bank deposit or credit card at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
The hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the reservation in case of no-show without prior notification.
The reservation concerns a room type for the duration of your stay, and not a specific room. If we need to transfer you to a different room whose price is lower than that of your reservation, the hotel is obliged to refund you the difference.
a. Payment in advance
- To fully confirm your reservation, you must pre-pay 30% of the total value of your stay, with the minimum deposit amount being the cost of one (1) night’s stay.
b. Reservation Changes and Cancellations
- In case of cancellation of the reservation more than 21 days before the scheduled arrival, there is no financial charge and it implies the immediate return of any advance payment by the hotel. In the event that the customer chooses not to immediately receive the refund of the already deposited deposit and prefers to transfer to his next reservation, the Hotel will issue a credit voucher for 120% of the value of the deposited deposit. The voucher can be used on any upcoming booking up to October, and if ultimately unused, the customer’s initial deposit will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation within 7-21 days before the scheduled arrival, the Hotel will issue to the customer a credit voucher equal to the deposit already deposited. The voucher can be used on any upcoming booking until October.
- For booking cancellations less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, the customer is charged 30% of the total stay based on their booking.
- In cases of cancellation upon arrival, during the stay, or for No Show at the hotel, the customer is charged 100% of the stay based on his reservation.
4. Arrival / Departure
- Upon arrival at the hotel you will need to have your reservation code, ID or passport and the card that was charged or pre-authorized for the reservation.
- Unless otherwise stated in your booking, arrival time is 14:30 and departure time is 11:30.
- The possibility of extending your departure time after 11:30 depends on the occupancy of the hotel, and is subject to an additional financial charge as follows:
- Check-out before 20:00 is subject to 50% of the daily charge.
- Check-out after 20:00 is subject to 100% of the daily charge.
- In any case, you must communicate this request to the hotel reception at the latest upon your arrival.
- Rooms corresponding to confirmed bookings for which a deposit has been deposited or a credit card has been prepaid or pre-authorised will be held until 20:00 on the day of arrival. In case of non-deposit of the deposit or pre-approval, the reservation is considered unconfirmed.
5. Children Policy
Infants and children under 4 stay free of charge provided they are accommodated in their parents’ beds. A baby cot is provided free of charge, subject to availability. Any type of extra bed or cots are provided upon request and confirmation from the property.
Children over 4 and up to 12 years old have an additional charge calculated at 50% of the adult price.
All children staying at the hotel must be accompanied and under the constant supervision of an adult.
6. Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms as well as in all common indoor areas of the hotel.
7. Customer Conduct
Guests are requested not to cause a disturbance, to behave civilly, and to respect other guests and hotel staff. Also, all tenants must comply with the hotel’s regulations, while the hotel reserves the right to refuse access or evict without reservation any person whose behavior it deems objectionable. In this case, the hotel is not obliged to pay any compensation.
8. Damages/Damage to Room
In the event of damage to a room or other property due to intent, willfulness or negligence, the hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of the damage suffered, including damage due to business interruption, to the registered customer’s credit/debit card. In the cases where the customer has not paid by credit card, but in cash or another way, the hotel will demand the immediate payment of the amount of the damage suffered by the customer otherwise it reserves all its legal rights.
9. Personal Data
All personal data is stored and used by the hotel in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Policy which can be found here.
10. Force Majeure
The hotel bears no responsibility in the event that it cannot fulfill its obligations to the customer, in whole or in part, due to cases of force majeure (indicative of strikes, fire, acts of terrorism, floods, civil disturbances or acts of God).
11. Limitation of Liability
Each customer is responsible throughout their stay at the hotel for keeping personal and/or valuable items, money, etc. in a safe place. It is possible, upon the customer’s arrival at the hotel, to hand them over to the reception or the address of the hotel for safekeeping, taking a relevant receipt to this effect. With this he can pick them up upon departure or at any time he wishes. In any other case, the hotel is not responsible for any loss or destruction thereof. For the other items that each customer brings to the hotel, the hotel is exempted from any responsibility, if the damage or loss is due to the negligence of the customer or other persons who stay with him, visit him or are in his service. Also, the hotel is not responsible if the damage, destruction or loss is due to force majeure (earthquake, fire, etc.) or the peculiar nature of the thing.
12. Governing Law – Other Terms
These terms and conditions are governed by Greek Law and the courts of Pieria are exclusively responsible for the resolution of any dispute arising from them
13. Accuracy of Information
The customer accepts that the hotel has made all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in its brochures, advertisements and website, and acknowledges that what is depicted may differ slightly from reality and that this is due to image processing technique.
